If it's your first appointment with us — or your first dental visit in a while — here's exactly what to expect. No surprises, and nothing booked without your say-so.
A warm welcome. Our front desk team helps with a short new-patient form and takes your insurance details so we can bill your plan directly.
A complete exam with your dentist. Dr. AJ, Dr. Panhwer, or Dr. Zee listens to your concerns first, then checks your teeth, gums, and bite, with digital X-rays.
A gentle cleaning. One of our hygienists removes buildup, polishes, and finishes with fluoride — at your pace, with a pause any time you need one.
An honest plan, with exact prices in writing. A typical first visit is $543.85 at 2026 Alberta Dental Fee Guide rates (complete exam $143.85, four bitewing X-rays $110.10, scaling $174.50, polish $77.75, fluoride $37.65). We direct-bill most insurance plans, CDCP included.
Nothing happens without your say-so. An estimate is information, not a commitment — you decide what happens next, if anything.
Ready when you are — book your first visit or call 780-942-4691.
